About me
Anika Nayak (They/She) is a Boston-based theater artist focusing on Stage Management, Lighting Design, and Teaching Artistry. Anika focuses on creating nonhierarchical and collaborative spaces in which theater and art can be created, taught, and experienced as what she believes is, at its core, a universal language of being. Her early start in technical theater inspired her to seek young voices and open up theater spaces to people who would like to participate in areas offstage. Anika is currently an Artistic Director for the Pelham Community Teen Theatre program, a returning teaching artist at Wheelock Family Theatre, and a resident Stage Manager throughout Boston.
